Admissions

The admissions processes to Osaka International School (OIS) and Senri International School (SIS) differ depending upon prospective students' backgrounds and situations.

OIS is a K-12 international school following IB programmes, with English as the main language of instruction and a school year beginning in September. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. More details can be found in the OIS admissions pages.

SIS is registered as a private middle and high school under Japanese law and has Japanese as its main language of instruction. Entrance examinations are held throughout the year. For those eligible to take returnee or overseas-student examinations, entry is possible at the beginning of any of the three academic terms: spring, fall or winter. General, non-returnee examinations lead to entry at the beginning of the spring term in April. More details are available from the SIS admissions pages.
